I'm an American Muslim born and raised in India. My work is strongly influenced by what I perceive from nature around me. The beauty of nature has captivated my heart and interest with its complexity reminds me of Allah's exalted and unique power of creation. I desire to bring the viewers into a new space, to help them see from a new, somewhat magnified, point of view - the Signs of Allah.

"I draw to see; I paint to discover." My work is largely intuitive, figurative and expressionistic, intended to capture a feeling, imperfect memory or observation. For the past few years I have worked primarily in series, exploring themes of current interest. Painting and poetry are my preferred mediums of expression as in my own words “Art is part of my heart since my childhood." I have always wanted to create and when I’m not creating work I’m thinking about it, drawing in my sketchbook, or coloring for my lil girl.

I create digital art inspired to push my imagination, as well as yours. Honed from years of software study, an intrinsic grasp of color and a whole lot of abstract expressionistic wizardry, I spin digital imagery into works of fine art. By exploring my own creativity and extending my technical abilities, I allows myself to reflect on Allah's artistry in color.
