Digital photo art is simply art created out of a photo with the aid of the computer.
Artists use computers to create virtual models, which they place in virtual
scenes and photograph with virtual cameras. Doing all of this virtually--on the
computer--allows things impossible in the real world, things that defy the laws
of physics, but are within the realm of imagination. Such things are sometimes
achievable in other media, but the power of the computer puts this kind of
expression within reach of more artists.
Technique: Photo Art created from Digital Photos. Worked out with Adobe
Photoshop and PSP 9.
